I will recommend you some diet plan. Morning:. Banana shake, sprouts, brown bread with two eggs or paneer stuffed Parantha. Lunch:. one soup Bowl of dal. one small bowl of green vegetables one small plate of rice. 3 to 4 chapatti. Paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time. Late afternoon: one fruit and coffee with four cookies.
