Hi There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5 kg in just 15 days. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g, cooked vegetables, 150 gm green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner - 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only.
