Diet plan for you Drink 1 litter of warm water with 1/3rd tea spoon mineral salt Breakfast Option no. 1 – Any item made up of eggs like Omlet, Egg Burji or boiled egg with salad Option no. 2 – Smoothie – Curd+MilkMalai + any fruit + Roasted Flax Seed Option no. 3 – shock one tea spoon Chia seeds in 100ml water. Then add 200ml curd, add pomegranate Lunch 2 chapati(BrownXatta) + Any Veg 0r any non veg + Curd + Salad Dinner Option no. 1- Veg Soup with Butter Option no. 2- boiled egg or non-veg Option no. 3- veg +salad Evening snacks – Green Tea with nuts and seeds like almonds, cashew, pista, walnuts, peanuts, flax seeds, sesame seeds.
