you first have to bend your knees when you lying on floor or bed. Put pillow in between knees n then Press pillow with knees. Hold it for 10 secs n then relax then again Press.
Effect: helps to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.
Helps to reduce urinary incontinence
problem Duration: 10 to 20 times hold 10 secs n relax time 2 secs.
