only paracetamol for fever. honey and lemon juice for cold. no ginger tea as ginger or Turmeric water can cause miscarriage get blood tested for typhoid if Fever stays for more than 3 days total bed rest lots of fluids like ors, clear soups and beverages with diluted toned milk no heavy foods basic hygiene. sponging or bath and cotton to wear avoid synthetic clothes as they invite heat stay indoors away from pollution
