I see some tiny red spots on my left breast. Mainly on the lower side of boobs. And since few days I have been feeling restless, and tightness in chest. As though somebody is holding me from back tightly. Spots doesn't hurt or itch. But I feel little not ok with my breast since yesterday. And I have been sleeping more than usual. Can you help me? Should I be worried.
