Hi I am 30 years old and I use to masturbate 4 to 5 times in a week. My fiance told me this is cause of dark circle. Is this true?

Masturbation per se will not cause dark circles. But any thing excess is bad, because if your mind is completely obsessed with the act of masturbation you will not be able to enjoy the physical sex with your partner. There is no exact figure to call it as excess of less excess, its only lessor the better but when the urge is high you can indulge in the act but not getting habituated like every day activity.
