Hi, It has been more than two years now - last day when I was sleep for more than 6 hours. I am not sure what happened to my body after 4 hours of sleep, I woke up for either to pass urine or due to a dream. Sometimes I get a low fever too. So I had gone through almost all blood and urine tests and also met general physician and nephrologist, but nothing wasn't help me. I am a software engineer and before I go to bed, I use to watch YouTube videos till I get sleep - I started watching the videos to not get bored as I couldn't able to sleep and I don't know what to do. Day by day I am getting depressed due to insufficient sleep and couldn't able to concentrate on anything. Could you please help me to solve my problem Thanks in advance.
