Hello Sir, I am a 19 years old boy. I want to go to gym but the problem when I was around 17, I started lifting some heavy things due to which I think that my left bicep muscles are suppressed. What to do now? Secondly for personal information I want to know what's the optimum age to join gym? Thanking you.

I think the proper age should be above 20 years bcoz after that the development of body parts become standby, and rarely seen in body builders that thing of suppression is seen mostly ratio of 19: 20 difference is seen so don't upset you do exercise with some gap period.
