I am Hr. Professional and work from Morning 10.00 to evening 7.00,may be in break for 1 hr for lunch and tea, My Wait is as of now is 86 and I am 43 years old. I need a good diet plan to maintain my weight balanced and I drink probably 1 liter of water throughout the day. Kindly suggest to reduce my weight Suja Priya.

You can perform morning walk to reduce your weight. An adult human must take about 4 to 5ltrs of water through out a day. So first increase your water intake. Don't miss your breakfast. Have you any problem of Diabetes, Cholesterol, Blood pressure etc. First of all you've to do a thorough pathological investigation about the above mentioned diseases. This is only for confirmation.
