Improve your diet to gain stamina. Constant weight, even if low, is not a serious cause of concern. If your weight is constantly decreasing, you have a reason to worry. Increase the quality and quantity of your food. Include roti2-3, dal/rajma/chana/paneer/chicken - 1katori, seasonal vegetables - 1katori, curd-1katori, salad - 1katori in both your meals. Add two fruit /sprout salad meals. Include milk cereal, egg/paneer in your breakfast. Include green leafy vegetables. Drink 10-12glasses of water. Exercise regularly, sleep well, spend time with family and friends. There is no reason why a good diet and healthy lifestyle should not improve your stamina. If it doesn't, there is some underlying cause which needs to be probed. Nobody dies because of lack of stamina. Relax, eat well and enjoy life.
