Hi Lybrate user Its perfectly alright to go gym, rather going to gym will help you to get down your blood pressure level. But few points I am suggesting you which needs to be followed 1. On joining gym please inform the trainer or the person concerned for your workout regime regarding your high blood pressure, so that exercise planned is accordingly. You need to have in between rest period in workout session 2. Pre workout and postworkout meal is very important 3. Regular monitoring of your blood pressure is very important For detailed diet and workout regime for high blood pressure you can take my private consultation.
