I am having neck and shoulder pain (right shoulder) due to which I cannot concentrate in my studies. Its a chronic pain and it is without any exertion. If required, please guide me about any feeding habit or exercise.

Hello lybrate-user you start mobilization exercise for shoulder and strengthening exercise for neck muscles. In addition to this you take care of changing position or moving your head and neck in all directions at regular 15 minutes intervals. This will helps you so much. Don't study or work like on computer for constantly more than 15 to 20 minutes in one position of head and neck.
