I have a daughter 11 years old. She is a little overweight. She is 47 kgs and 4 ft 9" in height. She needs to reduce. Have put controls on her junk food and fried food. Have added cycling of 45 mins in her routine. What all important things need to be taken care of to help reduce her fat and at the same ensure that growing child is not impacted. Thanks.
