I have lose weight of 5 Kg in 3 months. I have consulted doctor and did blood test, thyroid test. Everything is in normal condition. I work as microbiologist. Not much work tension. Doctor told no problem. L want to increase weight. How to increase weight.

To increase stamina and weight take lot of salad and fruits and vegetables regularly. Take high class protein diet. Do aerobic exercises. Slowly weight will increase.
