I am a 37 year 26 week pregnant lady 88 kg weight diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Kindly suggest me a diet plan and exercise regime to cope with it.

Two chapattis in breakfast ,lunch and dinner along with small katori of dal and vegetable. One fruit inbetween breakfast and lunch and evening tea. Avoid sugar and junk food,fruit juice and fried food. Walk for ten minutes immediately after breakfast,lunch and dinner followed by ten minutes rest.
