Tomorrow I suddenly exercise my body such as 30 times stand and sitting continuously, then at the late night many parts of my body are become painful specially my thai, so what is the reason, and what is the solution please tell me, and I want to continue my exercise so what can I do now.

hi ..continue with Ur exercise..Ur activity was sudden..body takes time to adapt it..BT u continue with Ur exercise..2-3 days will be painful but later body muscles will get tone n pain will reduce..one more thing don't take any pain killer to reduce the pain.
