From past few years I used to wakeup 3-4 times in night for pee due to which I can't get enough sleep for continuous hours I think this is may be because I started body building or I don't know, I am 26, please suggest my something to get relief.

Hi Pankaj for now what you can do is avoid taking much water from 2 hours before sleeping and when you go to sleep empty your bladder. It should help in reducing frequency. I would also like to know if you are taking any supplements for body building.. as they sometimes have some harmful constituents.
