If one get anal fissures once then after fully healed it easily recur again after another hard motion. Why fissure easily recur if once it occurred? So it is not possible to get permanent cure (means to eradicate the tendency of fissure occurring) by surgical procedure by eradicate the root cause of fissure? Why everybody do not get anal fissure after hard motion only a few get fissure? What is difference of the function and structure of the anus between a fissure occurring people and not fissure occurring people?

Fissures take time to heal completely. It may be that you feel completely fine but the fissure has not completely healed and hence recurs with just one hard stool As a part of fissure treatment you have to make sure you don't have hard stools for at least 6-9 months People who regularly have hard stools may be constipated and need to exert more pressure to pass stools and hence put more pressure on the anal tissues -hence they get more fissures.
