This condition is known as planter fasicitis. Avoid walking on the bare surfaces use sports shoes or comfortable shoes with sponge under heel. Or can use silicon insoles in the shoe wear. Apply ice packs three times a day along with analgesics. Once pain settles down you need to start ankle stretching exercises. As far as uric acid is concerned need to know the levels before starting treatment.in females generally below 6 is considered normal along with it other symptoms to be looked for before starting b treatment for increased uric acid.
