Dear Lybrate user, Your milk teeth should be removed once the permanent teeth start to erupt. If you do not get the milk teeth removed, it may cause crowding in your permanent teeth and affect your smile and chewing pattern.

It is advisable to remove your born teeth since it causes crowding of your second upcoming teeth. If the teeth are malaligned you may require braces to correct the teeth position in future.
