M 29 years old single guy with out any wrong habits. I have very weak strength so in order to have good heath joined gym hired PT as well. Frankly to be honest good trainer I got no suggestion for any drugs or powder stuff all natural foods. My difficulties is stamina and also when I lift weight or dumbles hands get shiver. When checked with trainer he said it's normal but do you can get suggestion from good physician. Please help too know how can I get rid of this difficulties and be strong even forearms are weak please help.

Do take protein rich diet and do regular exercise and drink lots of water to detoxify body. Don't take supplements and all for making muscle mass that's not good for your organs later. Do things which you can follow lifelong.
