Start Asparagus and Milk :Take two tsp of Indian Asparagus and one cup of cows milk (Boil it, Saffron, Almonds, Ginger, and Cardamom
Soak ten almonds overnight in water.
On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of hot cow’s milk
Add a little saffron, ginger, and cardamom to it. Drink this every morning
Mix one teaspoon of Ashwagandha root with one glass of milk and one teaspoon of honey, daily once.
