Hi lybrate-user, You can gain weight by eating high calorie, energy dense foods. You can include adequate amount of calories by eating regularly. Try to have protein rich foods like dairy and whole milk products. You can include refined flour in your diet but stay away from junk foods as much as possible. Try to include ghee/butter everyday in your diet.
