Height of a person grows only up to 18 to 19 years, because till that age linear growth of bones occurs. After that bone length stops growing. So height grows only up to that age. Later exercise and muscle building may help in adding another 2 or 3 cms of increase. But at 21 years it is not possible to increase the height. As regards the beard, if mustache has grown then facial hair will also be growing. There is no need for any treatment for now. Thanks.
