What exercise should be done in sugar and what exercise should not be done and their preventions. What would be the reasons for increasing sugar level?

Nothing shoud and shouldn't be done excessive in sugar because balance is law of nature. Reason for high sugar are many like junk food and fried food, fruit juices intake and lack of exercise. There are many environmental factors which influnce diabetes like too hot or too cold,acute stress mental or physical like boil,fracture or any accident,heart attack. Even travelling and change of place or country affects the levels too much.
