Hi Doctors, I had been taking Dr. Reckeweg' Silicea 12x for 2 - 3 months and now has been taking Adven Folli Plus for 1 month as I have been suffering from premature greying of hair and beard. I haven't seen any improvement in my grey hair and beard. Although while taking Silicea, I felt improvement on my stomach as I have been a constipated person (moderately) for around 5 years.
