1. I don't feel hungry, and feels like I have eaten something every time. I always burp after even little food. Feel uneasy in breathing. After taking medicine of gastric its very uneasy to bear the irritation of stomach. 2. Pain in the middle part of brain (upper). An wood grinding like sound comes from both ear which could be heard very clearly. 3. Always has cough in neck which feels uneasy. 4. BP is 95/65 Heartbeat 71.

You need to stop taking tea, coffee and spicy foods. Stop having fried food as well. Increase your water intake, at least 3 litres. Also have small meals at frequent intervals.
