Good Afternoon, I am a student, 24 years old, with weight of 70 kgs. I am a strict vegetarian, and I want to loose my weight. I have an extra fat in belly area. I reside in Hostel, where there I get almost zero nutrition diet. Please guide me, how to reduce the excess fat? & what food stuffs to follow?

Hello. According to your height and weight your BMI is overweight for normal BMI reduce your weight approximately 10 kgs. Some tips for weight loss :- 1) Take fiber rich foods. 2) Eat more protein. 3) Eat whole single ingredient foods. 4) Avoid processed foods. 5) Stock up on healthy foods. 6) Avoid liquid calories. 7) Fast intermittently. 8) Try to take low-carb diet. 9) Replace some fat with coconut oil. 10) Add eggs to your diet. 11) Do some sort of exercise. 12) Never skip breakfast. 13) Ditch raw vegetables. 14) Drink more fluids. 15) Get quality sleep.
