Sometimes the upper front tooth would have suffered trauma. This trauma will cut off the blood supply to the tooth, the blood inside the tooth cant go back and it gets collected inside the tooth. The blood on stagnation changes its colour. This colour when seen through the enamel may appear blue which may later turn into brown/black. Kindly visit the dentist who may diagnose the problem with the help of a radiograph.
