I am 31 years old. I have a 2y 3m old daughter. I am slim and I am 5'5"(wt. 65; haven't checked recently). We recently had a family function. Because of which I had to climb two floors taking steps (more than 10 times a day) for a week. At that time I got pain in legs (pulling) which is still continuing. I have a problem of pulling legs from a long time (especially during periods). So after that function I am having this problem daily. I stay in first floor of our building and I take steps 4-5 times a day. I am now facing the problem of pulling legs, which I have not faced earlier while climbing steps. I am worried if this problem remains permanent as I am 30+ now. Is this a common problem? Please suggest me some exercise or any vitamin tablets or some special food to reduce my problem.
