I am 30 years old. My weight is 66 kg and height 5'3" After delivery my abdomen is very loose .i need to get a tight tummy and to lose weight. please advise.

Use abdomen belt with mild exercise also avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily Get your test done for thyroid.

Hello, You Should start doing abdominal core exercises which will help you massively,also make sure you take lots of fiber rich stuffs and low fat and complex carbohydrate diet.
