Hlo Dr. M 22 years old and my my height is 5" 3"weight is 45 or 46 kg. What can I do to make my weight increase without including non veg in my diet. And pls also tell me dat the weight what I already have is perfect according to my height or age or I am underweight? If ia m underweight den suggest me some siet which ia helpful in my weight gain.
