I tore my anterior (inferior) glenoid labrum probably in the gym 3 years back and my shoulder has dislocated (painful but never went to a doctor stage) for around 5-6 times. Is arthroscopic bankart surgery the only option to cure this thing. I try to be active in quite a lot physical activities.
