I am male 26. I have ectomorfic type body. My height is 5.8 feet. My weight is 54 kg .It is very hard for me to gain weight. I am not used to take breakfast. I feel very tired all day. I never feel energetic in any work. Pls suggest me any diet, medication for gaining healthy weight.

First of all u need to join gym or hv to exercise daily..and also jogging..have to take heavy breakfast...as it's most important to take breakfast heavy..take high protein like chicken,egg,,fish,,turkey daily...take spinach..brocolli..take soaked chic peas and pea nuts..take walnuts,,almonds,,dates,cashew...take ginseng daily...take ors water..this will definitely boost ur strength and will help to increase weight..
