Hello sir and madam. I have piles whenever I go to urine. After urine .anus and left side of testicle, upper side of stomach pains. Could you tell me what happened to me. Now I use Ayurvedic medicine. After taking meals every five I go for poo, and sometime I get gastric and sometime I can't fart. I do pressure after that somehow I realise fart. It's very pain only left side testicle, anus, upper side of stomach
