I have pain in my teeth gums. Even eating small amount of spice food burns my gum very much. While brushing blood comes of gum. Pls tell what to do?

Hello lybrate-user, by reading your comment I can infer that you have gingivitis i.e infection of your gums. In such cases we usually prescribe antibiotic for 5 days followed by ultrasonic scaling which means cleaning of plaque and calculus from your teeth.
