I'm a skinny guy. I feel like I'm underweight (54 kg-5.10 ft tall). I thought of using Protein Whey. I'm a basketball player, so I do lots of exercise. So can you give me any advice on what should I do to gain more body mass and body weight. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Needs if possible Non Veg mainly Mutton.drink lots of water.Have proper diet timing and sleep.eat more green gram and wheat & rice.,soya bean

Hello According to your weight and height Your BMI is 17 shown that you are underweight. Yes you can take whey protien which gives structure to your bones, muscles and skin, but along with the whey protien you need healthy fat and carbohydrates.
