Hello I am 25 years old but my weight is not good acc to my ht my ht is 5.11 I am just 45 I want to ask I eat but why weight is stable past 3-4 years its never grow or loss just stuck at 45! What is this? Why is this? Please tell me ho to increase will this is hereditary? Or I will never gain wt?

Hello Shiromani simply eat every thing ,take more butter ,add ghee to rice ,dal n chappatti ,n sleep properly.you can take ashwagandha powder withmilk it help to increase weight u can ask for more information
