Hiiiii. Deepika here, my mom z obese hvng DM2, hypertensive,high cholesterol. Usg report-multiple left small nabothian cysts present and bulky uterus. Now a days she complains of constipation and weakness also. But since 1 month proper medicines going on. Like atorlip-f, Glycomet PM2, telma-H 40, metolar-XR 50, dynaglipt20. Now my mom felling better. Kindly tell me how much time the above will be continue? Tell me the photo (useful) diet?

Your mom should take food rich in fiber, Protein, vitamin n Antioxidants but least in Carbohydrates n fats. Start Adding Green leafy vegetable n Salad in your diet In Major Portion to get fiber that will help in making bulk to relieve Constipation. Eat all seasonal fruits (Except sugary) Specially Papaya, Blue berry) Drink leukwarm water on empty stomach in Morning with Adding Tumeric powder.
