And its much more common in females than males. Symptoms of leukoplakia are - frequent urination, intermittent stream, incomplete emptying of the bladder during urination, increased pain when urinating, general condition worsens. About 10-15% of urinary bladder leukoplakia are premalignant (potenial to cause cancer) so its best to treat leukoplakia urgently and adequately.
