Test your blood for cbc, thyroid, sugar,uric acid, aso-titre. Wake up early in the morning and walk for 30 min atlst. If you hv normal bp then take ors regularly. Take high protein in diet. Take ginseng. Take some vitamin supplements which hv zinc.
Hello Laxmi, bodyache and weakness can b after any infection, fever or low Hb(anaemia the most common cause).
#Hydrate enough. Drink 3-4 lit of water daily
#Eat at least 1 seasonal fresh fruit
#Avoid fast food, junk food
#Have 5-6 almonds and 5-6 cashew daily
#Jaggery and spinach helps to improve Hb level
#Dates and ragi r good for you
