My leg is not straightening after I get a knee injury & there is pain beneath my knee caps & at back side of my knee.

Do not flex your knee joints totally do not sit on floor use chomote for potty use hard surface for sit wax bath take 20 days over knee joints and IFT for 15 days over knee joints do swim no gym now for 8 months you take Ultrasonic therapy @ 10 min over knee joint.

Dear lybrate-user, you may suffer meniscal tear. Get X-ray and mri scan of your knee to find any bony or soft lesion there. It would be best if you visit an orthopedist in person before you get these done. Till then you can take mild antiinflammatory medication. Use ice packs. And don't sit down or cross-legged.
