I am 60 years female having uncontrolled hypertension and asthma. Dr. Prescribed me cilacar t 1 od nebicard. 10 1 bd. Minipress 7.50 1 bd. Dytor 10 1 od arkamin 1mg! bd. Duolin 4 puff. Tiova 2 puff. Budecort 200 2puff. Daily. Patient have edema. Please advice.

Duolin is a reliver drug and should not be taken daily. Budecort 200 is very less dose and need addition of laba for good effect. Better get stepped up dose for asthma after consulting a resp. Phy. Get echo done to r/o col pulmonale which may be a cause for oedema. Nebicard though a selective drug and said to be not aggevating asthma, but better to avoid it or reduce its dose.
