For your belly fat you need to do exercises like crunches / jogging, running and brisk walking, Along with this you need to follow a balanced diet like start your day with lukw warm water then have a cup of green tea + 5-6 soaked almonds + 1 walnut, then in breakfast have milk+ wheat flakes / medium bowl vegetable poha/ 2-3 oats idly/ 2 besan cheela, boiled egg white,(avoid oily, junk and fried foods) then in mid morning have a cup of green tea + a medium bowl of papaya then in lunch you can have 1-2 multi grain chapati + veg + salad + curd, then in evening have a cup of green tea + 60 gm roasted chana or murmura chaat then have a light dinner like 1-2 bowl of vegetable soup + saute vegetables. Avoid ghee, butter, cashew, pistas etc Include green vegetables, pulses in your diet. Include fresh and seasonal fruits. Do not skip your meals. Drink atleast 7-8 glass of water.
