I want to reduce weight .I drink lemon and water early morning and I go to gym regularly with cardio and gym. Please can anyone suggest me a diet which will help me reduce up to 88 kgs. Please suggest me a diet.

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner stop non veg and fast food do regular exercise take plenty of water.
