Hi, I am a 20 year old girl and I am over healthy. And I have been working out for some months. Although I haven't maintained any certain diet. Will not taking sugar at all help me lose weight?

Only avoiding sugar will not help you to loose weight. You need to follow a good diet plan like start your day with luke warm water and then have a cup of green tea + 5-6 soaked almonds, then go for a brisk walk or do yoga, then have breakfast like milk + musseli / 1 bowl vegetable poha /1 bowl white oats upma /2 besan cheela, then in mid morning have a cup of jasmine tea + 1 bowl of fruit chaat (papaya, pear, apple) then in lunch have 1-2 chapati + veg + curd +salad, then in evening have a cup of green tea + murmura chaat then have a light dinner like 1-2 bowl vegetable soup + salad, saute veggies, roasted paneer etc. Do no skip your meals, drink atleast 8-10 glass of water.
