I did disc prolapse surgery (microdiscectomy) before one year. Can I do regular cycling now?

You can do a regular cycling. Make sure that you are using a back belt while exercising. It is good to strengthen your muscles and be fit, but take a few precautions while exercising. Bending forward, lifting heavy weights should be avoided. And brisk walking, cycling can be done with a l-s belt on.
