Hello , make sure you take good food with more nutrition values. I know now a days its not possible to get good nutrition from food in our busy life. You can go with food supplements, like iron, calcium which helps you to maintain good metabolism. While you are working 1glass water for every 1hrs. Which keeps you active. Don't sit for long hours. Some calories has to be burnt. So, take some 15 mins time to do a regular walk. Physical activity is must. Keep some dry fruits like badam, kaju. Etc. Let me help you with more info required.
