Lot of stuff coming in mind while trying to sleep, so it takes lot of time to get sleep sometimes not able to sleep at all, but in day time its ok nthg lik dt. Trying to quit thinking but not able to get rid.

Read a book..atleast one chapter before sleeping.Do some yog nidra...or hear it.Make a mental to do list for next day.Involve in some work ...always. practice it ..you will get sleep.
